Itinerary

Arrive in Delhi. You are met upon arrival and escorted to your hotel. Delhi: India’s capital & a major gateway to the country, the division between New & Old Delhi is the distinction between the capitals of the British & the Mughals respectively.

Today we take a tour of Delhi which include Old Delhi and New Delhi. Visit Old Delhi, covering the Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Ashoka Pillar and the milelong Chandni Chowk bazaar. This afternoon, tour New Delhi as you drive along Rajpath to view the Parliament House, the President’s House and India Gate. Visit the Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and Birla Temple. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast drive to Jaipur. On arrival check in Hotel. In noon after lunch excursion to Amber fort, the ancient capital of the state until 1728. The fort is a superb example of Rajput architecture, stunningly situated on a hillside and overlooking a lake. Evening free for own activities. Overnight at the hotel.

Today after breakfast enjoy the tour of city and visit Hawa Mahal, City Palace and the ancient observatory. In noon after lunch drive to Pushkar. On arrival check in hotel or resort. . In evening visit the fair grounds and witness the trading of camel and cattle.

Morning after breakfast proceed to visit Cattle Fair Ground where you will watch live cattle trading among peoples of Rajasthan. Rajasthani villagers come from far and wide to buy and sell camels, also cows, sheep, and goats. Over 50,000 camels are brought from miles around to be traded and sold. Camels are cleaned, washed, and adorned with finery and jewelry of silver and beads. They are decorated with great care. This will also provide a good opportunity to see lifestyle and culture of local people of the region. Later also visit colorful Pushkar Bazaar which gets crowded during Fair time where thousands of Pilgrims of Rajasthan state come to pay homage to Lord Brahma and take holi dip in Holi Pushkar Lake. While visiting Pushkar Cattle Fair Ground, also visit the stadium where you will see various competitions taking place time to time like Camel Race, Religious Processions, Folk Dances Cultural show etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning after breakfast proceed to spend some more time exploring the Camel Fair. Afternoon drive to Jaipur. On arrival check in hotel.

Morning after breakfast drive to Agra, en route visit Fatehpur Sikri.Fatehpur Sikri is world heritage site built by Akbar in year 1569 was the old capital of Mughals, which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful monuments including Jama Masjid, tomb of Salim Chisti and pancmahal. Later drive to Agra. On arrival check in hotel.

Experience an early morning sunrise viewing of the magnificent Taj Mahal, a monument to the memory of love. After breakfast visit 16th Century Agra Fort, Etmaudhaulla (baby Taj), Mehtab Bagh. Evening free for own activities. Overnight at the hotel.
